Vermicelli Burfi-Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tin -condensed milk – sweetened
  • 2 cups -vermicelli
  • 1 cup -coconut grated
  • 1 cup -badam powdered
  • 5-6 strands- saffron, boiled in 1/4 cup milk

How to Make Vermicelli Burfi

  • Saute the vermicelli in a pan. Cook vermicelli in water till its soft.
  • Take a pan and add condensed milk, coconut, vermicelli, badam powder and mix well.
  • Stir continuously for 3 mins.
  • Add saffron.
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Cool it and cut it into pieces of desired shape and size.
