- 1 tin -condensed milk – sweetened
- 2 cups -vermicelli
- 1 cup -coconut grated
- 1 cup -badam powdered
- 5-6 strands- saffron, boiled in 1/4 cup milk
How to Make Vermicelli Burfi
- Saute the vermicelli in a pan. Cook vermicelli in water till its soft.
- Take a pan and add condensed milk, coconut, vermicelli, badam powder and mix well.
- Stir continuously for 3 mins.
- Add saffron.
- Turn off the gas.
- Cool it and cut it into pieces of desired shape and size.
