- 3 cups torn lettuce leaves
- 2 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup- Winter Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)
How to Make Tossed Salad
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar, leaving aside 1/4 cup dressing and nuts.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Remove and pour the remaining dressing.
- Garnish with nuts before serving.
